The Ministerial workforce has a special responsibility to the spiritual needs of the constituents in every community within the designated area of Western Jamaica. The men and women within this workforce are given the charge to minister to the needs of each person by praying, singing, feeding, clothing, preaching, helping, marrying, transporting and inspiring in these last days in anticipation of the Lords' second coming.

The mission of the Ministerial Department is to foster among the Pastors and Bible instructors a passion for evangelism, church growth, and pastoral ministry/Bible instructor ministry. To encourage a well-balanced lifestyle and ministry by the harmonious development of their spiritual, mental, physical and social powers.

The Ministerial Director serves as the pastors' pastor, Chairman of the reconciliation, marriage and divorce, and ordination committees, coordinates the evangelism program for the conference.
