FOCUS 2009

THEME: “Staying on Line through 2009”

A Christian on knees is a thorn in the devil’s side, and a strong post in the Christian army.

Objectives:  To increase awareness and participation in praying among membership of the Christian community.
To make praying a way of life for our members, as the way of sustaining a strong relationship with God, thereby enabling and assuring victory over evil.

Dates to bear in mind:
1) April 18   - Prayer Conference (Hanover – Chambers Pen)
2) June 13   - Prayer Conference (St. James – Kings)
3) September 26  - Prayer Conference (Westmoreland – Grange Hill)
4) October 24  - Prayer Conference (St. Elizabeth – New Roads)

Emphasis: Prayer Relay form church to church.  Praying non-stop throughout the year for God’s hands to move in our land.  A church will be open for at least one hour every day of the year for Bible reading and Praying.

4. The need for safety and security
5. The financial and social needs
6. Healing and comfort
7. Spiritual wellness and revival
